Inquiry-based, hands-on learning program.
Meets once a month! Topics will include:

- Recycling - May 3, 2012 - 4-5 pm
- Wildlife/Habitats - May 17, 2012 - 4-5 pm
- All About Plants & Trees - June 4, 2012, 4-5:30 pm
- Creepy Crawlies and Bugs that Flutter - June 2, 2012 10 - 11 am

$6/program for Members, or $45 for all 8 programs
$8/program for Non-Members, or $60 for all 8 programs
Recommended for children age 5-10 years.
Childrens ‘Valley’ Walk-About April 29, 1-3pm
Join TNAC for a fun nature hike through the valley. Learn about
local wildlife and plants of the valley. Childtren will use their 5 senses, to explore Nature. Recommended for families with
children 2-8 yrs old. Meet at Helen Plumb building parking

Grow Your Own Frog! INSTRUCTOR M. Lemay
Discover the fascinating world of frogs and meet some of
Trumbull’s local specimens. Participants will create a frog habitat to take home where they can rear their own frog eggs and see first hand their amazing metamorphosis. Frogs must be returned to their natural
habitat upon maturity.

Exploring the Parks through Geocaching R. White
Get to know Trumbulls parks through a fun family activity!
Join us April 22, 1-3pm and learn about geocaching, or if you know the ‘ropes’, feel free to download the coordinates from our web site and go on your own. FREE to Trumbull residents! Meet at Old Mine Park.

Little Green Thumb Ambassadors
This program is designed to teach four to six year old children
along with their parent the joy and reward of gardening together
by participating in a community garden. Cost: $40 for 6 weeks,
Starts in May, Call for dates and to get on the registration list
